Mcalister's Deli

I was suppose to have a spicy turkey melt extra red onions, olives, and jalapeños. Well I got the extras but not the bacon, tomato, Romain lettuce, or Chipotle ranch its suppose to come with. Our other orders include a reubin and French dip cold to the touch. Staff was goofing off in front and I witnessed other orders being wrong as well.

Went in tonight and got a complete attitude for walking in an hour before close. No country potato soup, fine. Asked for a Brookie and a brownie with our order, get home, not in there. This is not the first time we’ve came in and had issues. Not sure what has happened to this location or customer service in general but it’s sad how now I’ll have to double check everything for my order or just rethink my decision to continue to come here. Word of advice, you should spend a day training and Meridian Street. They are the best.

Today was not the first time I visited, and it likely won't be the last. Every time I go though there's issues. My advice is to double check your order and stay vigilant when they are bagging it up. Today my order was missing an item, the staff was slow, my order sat up on the back counter in a tied bag for about 15 minutes before I finally walked up and noticed it was mine, then I had to flag someone down to get it for me since it was behind the front counter. Not a great experience and this isn't the first bad experience I've had with this location. A pro is it's normally pretty clean. If you don't mind a wait and don't mind double checking your food it's a fine place to go.

From the start it was a bad experience. Group of workers standing there not want to take orders. Then when the order was place the employee was rushing to get our order. Didn't give us our table number. The potato soup was very water down. The mac and cheese had no flavor. Lot of eye rolls when as for the flavor shot that we paid for. No employee come over asking for refills or to take plates. No manager seen. The store fills unorganized and mismanaged

“Well don’t come back”. Quote from Gregg the general manager. My wife and I eat at this restaurant a few times a month. Lately the food and service has declined. Tonight the restaurant closed while we were eating. One of the employees around closing time offered a drink refill. The staff had already dumped out the tea with several customers still seated and finishing their dinner. I simply informed the manager of the situation and suggested that a last call for refills should be offered before closing… well don’t come back then is what Greg informed me and wanted to argue. Way to go Gregg, guessing with your cordial attitude this is reasoning for the decline.
