Always always have my drinks ready and on point from online order. I’ve been changing up my original drink I get recently and sometimes they forgot to put whipped cream. But other than that, they have a great staff! Online in-store > Drive-through 100%!!!!

I am a pretty often Dunkin goer. I go to any one of the locations, this is definitely one that would not be my first choice anymore. I used a coupon for 2 dollars that was given through the app for a drink. My total was only a few cents. It made me happy, but apparently not the cashier. She didn't even hand me my change, just left it on the table. I asked for a slice of lemon for my drink, and I was told they didn't have any, while I can see lemons on the back counter. Okay then. I apparently can't get things if I don't spend over a certain amount. Won't be fair with everyone. Lied about lemons, of all things.

I come here mostly for lattes.
This location and another about 20 minutes away are my favorite DD. I have been to one in the other direction which was lousy after several tries and prefer to come here everytime I can. I do get breakfast sandwiches on occasion but mostly lattes. I also have enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches.

Bad service. Guy serving chewing tobacco and didn't close the lid properly so it spill all over my car . Never going there again

Multiple disappointing visits. Last time they burned the hashbrowns and they tasted like
dirty oil. Visit before that, they made a sundae so sloppy, the hot fudge overflowed and made a mess of my car. This is the only Dunkin location I’ve had any problem with.

My cappuccino blast is my favorite. This dunkin donut never fails to amaze me. People here are polite and professional.

Was waiting on someone to have a meeting and the DD employees did not bother me about buying something while I was loitering around like other places might. I appreciated that courtesy!
