Today I came to Boulevard of the Allies spot of Panera as usual for my lunch then there was slightly misunderstanding after I placed order. They put the wrong bread instead tomato basil bread. But employees, environment, even customers are so genuinely engaging with each others. And one of the employee brought me this package while eating my sandwich. He prepared the same order with tomato basil bread. And he apologized and gave it to me. I felt embarrassed for a moment on the other hand I glad to pick this spot for having my lunch. They created family atmosphere behind of the counter and with the every each customer. I love that! I wanna say thank you one more time! Thanks for making my day happy!

I just had surgery at the hospital across the street, so I treated myself to a few pastries and a bagel! Always good 👍 Great place to load up on Carbs!! Yum!!.

It's always clean they're always working and they all greet. I don't eat the food due to allergies.

One of the busiest Panera I've been to. The line at lunch can be long and the waiting a bit longer. It isn't very big sometimes I've not found a table to sit to. There is parking but it might fill in the busiest times.
The service is always fast though. Overall there are better locations.

Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken is always delicious. I wish there was an option to get less lettuce though.

Same high quality found in the majority of Panera Bread Stores. Usually it’s not crowded and they have plenty of space in you case you’re avoiding sitting close to other groups of people. Staff is generous and kind. A heads up. Because of the pandemic, they’re not using the back door, only the front door.

Steak and Cheese sandwich with a small macaroni and cheese. Substituted the original sauce on the sandwich for a garlic butter spread as suggested by the manager (tall, slim lady with short black haircut) on duty 12/21 around 7pm est. That was an awesome switch. Loved it! Nice clean restaurant. I finished most of my food before I thought to post!
