Wendy's

Didn't have any salad or fruit. We were told they were out of everything. There were multiple workers but they were all hanging out in the back. Toilet was broken. Condiment cups were out so we couldn't get ketchup. Staff acted like we were annoying them and bothering them to be there. The floors were incredibly sick any wet spot multiple of us about slipped and fell.

After not patronizing Wendy's for 4 months here in Pine Bluff, AR I was really wanting a salad today! I went thru the drive thru & it took a long time. I did look at the top of it but didn't look at the bottom. My mistake! Got home. The lettuce was so wilted & brown. So Gross!! This makes the 4th time I've gotten salads like this! I don't understand "why" someone would put good toppings on "gross" lettuce. So all I ate was the toppings!!! A big fail as for I can see!! Spent over $8.00 of my hard errand money. Never again!

I got the 10 piece nugget meal. The nuggets were good however the fries were not cooked completely.. those use timers so someone literally decided to pull them up knowing they weren't done. Even the drink tastes disgusting. And normally when someone is nice enough to say thank you or have a good day you'd expect some kind of acknowledgment or smile not just silence.

What I ordered was not in the bag. I was supposed to get free medium fries. Not in the bag. Chives for my three baked potatoes...not in the bag dipping sauce for my nuggets not in the bag. No receipt and although I ordered and paid on line and only one car was in drive thru it still took 15 minutes to get my lukewarm food. Not going back!
