Rally's

The only issue was the coupon. I received a phone coupon for a buy a big buffird and get one free. The coupon came through text message. I ordered my meal and proceeded to the window to pay. I gave them my phone with the coupon barcode on it. They tried to scan it but it didn't work. They then told me the store doesn't do phone coupons, they don't take them because it doesn't work. They only take paper coupons. I was soooo disappointed. There should be a sign or something alerting customers that The phone and electric coupons are not accepted right now. Then management should be alerted to possibly fix this for the future. I ended up just ordering one big Buford with fries and an ice cream. Other than that, The service was great! Actually, probably the best service I've received from a Rally's before. They were kind and the order was ready when I pulled up to the window. If you have an electric and phone coupon, forget about it. Other than that, I recommend this place!

The food was good, but as a Doordash. I waited almost 20 for an order. I was their to pick up an order by 9:44pm and it was after 10pm when I got the order. I know you all can do better. Let's make it happen!!! This is one of my favorite places to eat. It's not that expensive oh, but it has the best fries you can never eat. Better than McDonald's better than Wendy, and better than Burger King. When I eat these fries Lord know I love to smile❣❣❣
