Denny's

Turkey day at Denny's. The stuffing was a bit dry, but the turkey was good. As usual, the service was very good. In spite of being a bit crowded, dinner came in a timely manner and I was frequently checked up on to see if I was doing OK. My only complaint was being too full when I was finished. That's to be expected on Thanksgiving!

I mean, Denny's is Denny's, if you've been to one, you've pretty much been to all. However, I loved the aesthetic of this one, the large windows all around the building, A-frame ceiling, the small lights hanging above each table, and the large black & white photographs of the Arizona desert on the walls, all added to the pleasant atmosphere. Anyway, I'm writing this raving review specifically because our server, Brittani, who gave us extraordinary service. She got our orders out quickly and treated us with so much respect. She remembered the details of our order and knew who wanted what, without needing to be reminded. She was so friendly, sharp, warm, and inviting, not to mention, easy on the eyes. (I say this respectfully, Brittani, if you're reading this, please don't be offended, I just think you're beautiful.) The rest of the staff was excellent as well, a "crazy" (I use quotation marks because the one writing this is a bit crazy herself, I prefer passionate.) woman that was talking to herself on the bench outside when we first entered, came back inside shortly after we were seated and started causing a scene, raising her voice. (Not uncommon when anywhere in Central Phoenix.) The other members of the staff calmly and politely ushered her out, I appreciated them making sure their costumers felt safe and comfortable. If a Denny's could be considered tasteful, (no shade, being genuine) I would say this location definitely is! Thank you Brittani! We will definitely be back!

Very good place to stay! The rooms are always clean, the staff members are outstanding, the breakfast is always a hit, the area is safe for walks, very pleasant, close to places to eat, and the manager Fernando does an exceptional job there with accommodating the guests that check in by going above and beyond. Fernando works well with his staff by the looks of it too. Hershal is always helpful with whatever is needed there for laundry needs and provides outstanding customer service always with a smile, he's very professional. The staff members at this place all deserve a raise and tips from customers. I encourage guests to tip well, I think it would be cool if the guests tip all the staff members in at Best Western for that matter. That's just me though. A big thank you again to all the staff at Best Western. 🙏🏾♥️

Dennys is a last minute late night stop but Liberty went above and beyond! Her service was spot on and very attentive it’s much appreciated especially it being 12:30 am you’re expecting staff to be winding down. She kept our drinks full our table clean throughout the meal and made sure everything was made as requested with a positive attitude !! She stayed on the go cleaning and checking that things were getting done… Thank you Liberty for your amazing service !!
