Was waiting for 25 mins for food while people who came in after us with bigger orders got served first. When we got our food eventually, a burger was missing that we had to ask for. It seemed the cooks/food prep people were new and completely left in the dark while someone hire up yelled orders at them. When we got our food, it was an absolute mess with sauce all over the bag. The chips and nuggets were borderline cold and it was flavourless.

Disgusting! 🤮 Not even worthy of one star. Toilets are ALWAYS dirty. Pigeons enter the restaurant and walk around freely eating food off the floor. Whilst waiting for my order the girl behind the counter saw a mouse run across the floor of the kitchen area. When she said she just saw a mouse she was told by the other worker who was working in the food prep area to be quiet. I cancelled my order and got a refund. Food Safe inspectors need to visit this HJ's.

Didn’t like the service at the shop so I decided to just order with delivery. Quite amazing that the order always have at least one wrong or missing item. Just recently I ordered a bunch of burger sets and the food that arrived with delivery were all different orders and wasted my time waiting for food I wanted to eat.

Very rude customer service by one of the staff who works at the counter. i have to pack all my drinks n foods myself, don't even bother to have me a bag for takeaway, miss food, missing dipping sauce, only get 7 nuggets out of 10. Dirty place, none of the mechanics works. will never go back again, worst experience ever.

Ordered the pork belly deluxe hunger tamer box and cheeseburger was cold never offered any sauce for my nuggets. Chips well over cooked and no salt. 2 tint pieces pork belly on my burger so I took it back. Remade with six pieces in it and looked nothing like the picture. Staff were very rude when I had a problem with all this laughed at me etc. I wouldn't recommend ordering what I did. If they can't even give me a hot cheeseburger or properly cooked chips then I wouldn't go there. The only thing I didn't throw away was the 18$ coke.
