Adelphi Grill

The atmosphere here is good for dates and those feeling romantic. They have low light and lots of dark colours and plush furnishings. It feels classy and intimate. The food, however, isn't of the same standard as the environment. I had the sizzling prawns. They were way over cooked and very tough. I like that the salad bar is offered as part of the main course, but it's not that great. There's a pasta salad, some loose greens, the makings of a Cesar salad and some bread rolls. It's ok, but nothing special. The steak sandwich was better. The meat was cooked well and the fries were crispy. This was the best part of the meal. The staff are always very nice, but the food isn't great. There are plenty of way better places around, if you're willing to pay the prices they have here.

Nice restaurant with beautiful ambient. The food is very tasteful, definitely recommend to try their steak. Food is very uniquely decorated, but portions are a little bit small for my taste. They have very nice beer and wine selection. If you go there you need to call to book in. Staff was very kind and friendly.

The high standard of food served at the Parmelia Hilton Hotel is surprisingly more like a fine dining restaurant than it’s casual relaxed look. The “grill” menu has steaks & grilled seafood, burgers & tapas entrees. The desserts are made in house by their pastry chef. The staff are just what you want - experienced, friendly & efficient. It’s one of my go to restaurants when I’m in the city. My only complaint is I wish they’d kept their more upmarket look in the restaurant but I know that intimidates some people
