Absolutely outstanding service from the moment we stepped inside! Made a group booking with my group of ladies to celebrate and remember a special birthday. The jovial staff were fantastic and made the evening that much more enjoyable. Cocktails and soft drinks were 5/5 in my book and the food was absolutely delicious. Best steak i've had in a while. Cooked to perfection! The staff even stored the birthday cake and brought it out after dinner with plates and cutlery. Very helpful. I will definitely be returning. High class 5/5 from me!

Seriously enough with the fine dining restaurants, Osso has got to be the best dining experience ever. Tristan was incredible with wine tasting, enjoyed three tasting wines which I would order next time with my dinner. Our entrees were amazing warmed olives calamari prosciutto with mozzarella and side salad,delicious. Our steak were cooked to perfection. We returned for a quick coffee during intermission which Tristan organised a quick coffee & wine samplers. The night was amazing, staff incredibly personable We will be back again very soon. We had the most amazing experience here tonight, our meals were absolutely fantastic, loved everything, but I requested embarrassingly to take 1 or 2 bones back to the hotel for our little dog because we have been displaced due to the floods & have been given accommodation there, when we went to pay our bill we were notified it was taken care of by someone who had overheard our situation . We are so very grateful to the anonymous people and want to say thank you for your generosity. 🥰 Our waitress was so kind also, shame we didn't get her name.
