Islander Pub & Grille

Wish I could do 4.5 stars. Was unsure when we got to the door. Service was great. My wife has a shellfish allergy but the staff made her feel confident about ordering off the grill. The French Dip was great. Waitress said she liked it on a hoagie bun so I tried it. So agree. Wife said the steamed veggies and chicken was great. Would definitely come back.

Have eaten here quite a few times. They had great shrooms & awesome calamari. However not anymore. The shrooms were soggy and the calamari was horrible. They have a new chef & he is not on the same level as the last chef they had. After 5 yrs decided to try The Islander out again. Ordered x- hot chicken wings, shrooms & calamari. It was all very, very good. The bar tender/waitress, Debbie was exceedingly pleasant & friendly. The cook today, I think Debbie called him Nathaniel, was definitely a surprise after my last sad experience at this establishment. Not today. Everything was absolutely great. Will be going back to try again. Great job Islander staff. As you can see you get a ton of shrooms. The horseradish sauce was also very tasty.

Awesome croissant for the French dip. It wasn't store bought or made from a pop-open can like biscuits. It was fresh, flakey, and made the sandwich just perfect. The fresh fruit was a nice change from the usual fries. Nice selection of Hard Ciders. Service was slow that night but they did have a sign that they were looking for waitresses​.

Food good. Except marinara sauce was terrible. First time I didn't like it at all from hundreds of different places. Atmosphere is always great. Cleanliness good. Need more help. Long wait for food but worth it. (About 40 min)To get the check was at least 15 min. Waitress should of had help. She was very good at multitasking

It is a cute place in a small town square. It has a bar, lots of tables and a couple of patio type tables outside. The food was good we each ordered different things. I had the chicken planks with fries, it was tasty and I would order them again. My daughter had the French dip and onion rings, she enjoyed both items. The service was great, very nice and friendly servers.

Food was absolutely amazing... But the service was so terribly slow. Only two servers and they where definitely in the weeds. I never got my salad so I asked for it to be canceled. From the time we finished our meal to the time we got out Togo box and check was 20mins. Last time I visited it was the same way, Amazing food and terrible service.
