Drive though was pretty slow and the workers weren't exactly cheerful. Messed up my order but ya know it's what you get with fast food. At least it tasted good. Next time I will probably go to taco bell across the street they have more options for cheaper anyway and then rarely mess my order up. Sorry Jack in the box, taco bell takes the cake 🍰🍰

They first gave me an expired salad. Then the second salad they gave me, just didn't taste good. The chicken was salty and then it also had bacon, so it was just too much salt. Everyone else that I was with had no complaints about their meal, so it may be that the salad there just isn't for me and my preference of saltiness.

Very slow stood in line forever while they waited on the drive thru customers. Finally a nice young lady stopped what she was doing as the so called manager was too busy trying to micromanage instead of helping them out at a busy time they would have been just fine in my opinion. In times like those are when true leadership should and will rise up and bring them together as a team. Great management cant exist without a great team and a great team can't exist without the leadership of great team building motivators something I see majorly lacking in todays work places. This place and the kids working here have great potential if given the right management to lead them.

Went through the drive thru. Extremely rude and unfriendly service. Messed up our order. Extremely rude when I corrected them about the drink order. After we left and were down the road, discovered the gave me a plain hamburger instead of what I ordered. I was over charged, will never go back to this particular place again.

You ever have one of those days? Trying to find a reasonably low carb breakfast on a road trip. We are in a Uhaul. This location is not open for indoor dining. Uhaul won't fit in drive through...so this girl walks through the drive through. Now I don't weigh enough to trigger the sensors for them to take my order. Lucky for me their customers are kind too. Nice man in a big truck pulls forward and patiently waits so I can order. Success, I'm in. Maybe next time I should order ahead but it wouldn't have been as great of an adventure. Excellent variety of food options. We ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and the ultimate breakfast with no bun. Only miss was I asked for swiss instead of american cheese. Tasty, low carb and ready to drive a few hundred more miles. Thanks Jack in the Box and nice man in the gold truck.

Did you know that you're retaliating by removing people from the schedule when they find second jobs or do something you don't like? My girlfriend has a message clearly stating you guys removed her hours and just waited for her to leave on her own. We still have a text from one of your other employees specifically stating the way management made it sound was like you'd be taking all of her hours to make her quit. Whistleblowing is illegal.
