Worst experience. The employee who helped us could care less. We got 4 - 2 scoops of ice-cream in a cup. It was more like one scoop each. She even told my daughter to pick a different flavor because that one was too hard to get out. After we had our ice cream, she said they had no spoons! Terrible experience. I really hope corporate takes time to reply, I sent them an email too.

Ordered off door dash. They had no menu items, were out of multiple items, and seemed confused on what even they had available. Absolutely ridiculous. YOURE AN ICE CREAM SHOP! AND YOU DONT HAVE MOST FLAVORS OF YOUR OWN ICE CREAM! Seriously got ripped off and couldn't cancel my order by the time I found out that you didn't have half your stock. I'll be going with a different place next time. First time and last time ordering from Baskin Robbins.

I walked in there today with my son wanting to get a sundae. #1 it was gross, dirty gross. Behind the ice cream on the counters Banana peels everywhere, counters filled with trash as if no one knew how to use a trash can. #2 We stood there for 5 minutes, 3 young lady’s behind the counter and not 1 stopped to ask what we needed nor did they say they would be right with us. I completely understand being short staffed cause I run a retail business. I’m very patient and would’ve waited as long as needed to be helped but no one seemed interested in that. This type of environment and lack of customer service is unbelievable to me.
