I have been getting coffee here almost every day on my way to work since June 1st. Since Labor Day the quality, service and staff have greatly disappointed. One morning they took 25 minutes to make my coffee and made me late for work. I only order one Venti Latte with Soy - not a complex order. Lately the pour is short - a good 3 inches of room on top and the service is super slow. No one acknowledging walk ins and always a wait to get my mobile order. Today the put cinnamon all over and on top of my latte. This was not ordered!!! Good thing I do not have a cinnamon allergy. This is last time I will have a horrible $5 coffee experience. I won’t be going back to this store!

Usually they are vey nice at this place except today i was trying to do work on my low battery laptop and while i was trying to charge it one of the guys working there rudely asked me if i have a phone order I said I was gonna make one and he said i can't sit there unless i have a phone order and no one is allowed to use the outlet. What??! Lol then why on earth have outlets i thought that's why people come to sbx to work and enjoy a coffee. Nope. Don't come here. Save your money or go to a local coffee shop where they will receive you with joy.
