The service was excellent, the guy was a great worker. He helped us out alot and was very friendly. He was the only employee there and did great by himself. I don't remember his name but he did a great job and great customer service. Please give him props or a raise. I haven't seen this type of hard work in any restaurant in such a long time.

I ordered curbside here for the first time yesterday. The staff were friendly and my order was correct. I got my order right on time and the sandwich was so delicious! It was exactly what I needed and made the rest of my day much better.

This subway on Spencer in Pasadena is one of the better ones. The sandwich artists are always so nice. The veggies always look fresh. Betty is the best sandwich artist and the most courteous. The place is always clean and they have my bbq baked lays !! I go at least once a week.
