Panera Bread

Ordered a rapid pick up order from the Parlin, NJ location. We found a PEN baked under our pizza, even melted. I did not even attempt to eat this pizza and forget giving it to my children. The store associate was very apologetic, but this is unacceptable. The box was “sealed” for freshness, so very disappointing.

I placed my to-go order for the wrong location. I went to my regular Panera location (Parlin) and realized my error. Michael S. was a great and provided awesome customer service - he didn’t give me a hard time nor did he give me an attitude for my error. He gave me with my order and was very pleasant. Someone needs to give him a raise!!!

Just went into this location to get dinner for the family. While I was waiting for my food the girl who was behind the counter prepping food was so loud and unprofessional. She was talking extremely loud to her coworker about other workers and her thinking of quitting. The whole time this conversation was being had right over my food and to make matters worse…her mask was sitting right under her chin. (Where was management?) To top it all…. I get home and I received the wrong soup orders even after an associate “checked” my bag before I left. Next time I’ll drive the distance to another location smh.

I ordered to go ! So I didn’t realize until that night, after shower ,remote set up and ready to enjoy my pizza . Open the box and all I had was flatbread with cheese and tomatoes. No fresh mozzarella layered with basil ,no flavor. This is not the first time Panera bread messed with my 0rder. It’s like they are always leaving out ingredients. But that’s why I go for the ingredients . Because of situation like this is why I stopped going to Panera Bread . Maybe in need to stop again so I won’t be disappointed.

Love Panera but skip this location. Stopped on our way traveling. Order took over 25 min even though there was no one there. There was a line of customers with wrong orders or mistakes waiting to be corrected- and still waiting and waiting. When our order came out it was unbagged and checked by a manager (so what does that tell you). The fruit cup was rotten and the chai tea I ordered just tasted like milk. Next time we’ll just keep driving.
