Colleen and Margo made our dinner at Friendly's a relaxing, fun evening. They were attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. Also recommending sundaes when we couldn't make up our minds. Having not seen a Friendly's too many places nowadays, it was great to stop in to this childhood favorite for a good meal and good service. As always, the food did not disappoint, everything was fresh, and tasty! And neither did the service, thanks Colleen and Margo.

Waited thirty minutes after being seated and nobody came over to take our orders. Less of a review, more of a warning - we did not, at any point, feel welcome or like we had entered a restaurant. I recommend avoiding it!

Used to be able to get a Reuben with french fries and coleslaw, they've up the price to almost $13 and you get one or the other very disappointed... I'm afraid to have them cut my sandwich in half, I just might get charged an extra $2 just to cut it. As much as I love Rubens service and quality have really gone downhill.

I know Friendlys has taken a hit with service and customer service since Covid however I’m here today and had the best experience!!! Very clean location and my waitress Amanda is amazing!!!! I had the food served hot and fresh and very fast! Thank You for such awesome service today!! Hey boss don’t let Amanda go! She’s the best thing that’s happen here in a long time! Keep it up guys!!!

I had a great experience! I got a table right away. I sat down and ordered my chicken fingers and washed it all down with a strawberry Fribble! The best! I wish Friendly’s would bring back Malt for the Fribble’s that was my favorite! Thank you to my waitress. I wish I could remember her name. sorry!

I wanted it to be good soooo bad. But I was reminded of why I haven't gone to a Friendly's in years. The food was terrible. I was hoping this location in this town would be good quality food. It absolutely was not. The chicken on the quesadilla was gross. The turkey supermelt was inedible. Fries were cold and gross. You could tell they take the fries container and dip it in to the fries or something. They was crusted crumbs and grease on the containers and in the fries. The takeout containers are the worst. 😭

Ate here three evenings during spring Brimfield week and generally satisfied with my meals and service, though more attention is needed in greeting and seating, especially when arriving customers stand about and see inattentive staff socializing. Being out of mashed potatoes on a Friday evening is a logistical failure that should not occur, they are not hard to make from scratch.

My first time at the friendly’s was the amazing experience and I loved the attendants attention and it’s hard to find actually …. I asked for a burguer and desert … everything were good and taste and It’s the good price comparing to the quality …. Specially this store in Palmer , we need to say when the service is good too. I recommend to everyone
