Slackers

Well I must say the wait was a little longer than what we’re use to but with only one very kind waitress delivering orders the payoff was in the food. Burgers are BOMB!!!! Cooked the way a burger is suppose to be, MEDIUM!!! They have the best fries a burger joint can have! With ice cream, blue bell I might add, available after dinner was a winning combo!

Good little dining place. We ordered the cheeseburger, hot chicken club sandwich, onion rings a drink and water to share. The order came to $21 and some change. Sodas are free refills. The cheeseburger had good flavor, not too juicy, charbroiled, grill toasted bun and medium cook. The hot chicken club sandwich was on the dryer side or at least in our opinion. My husband is a sauce guy. Personally I would of liked a little more sauce 1 for the flavor (it was good) and 2 because I wanted it a little saucier. The grilled chicken was very well flavored, cheese was nice n gooey. Next time we will definitely ask for more sauce. The hoagie bun was also grilled and had an excellent butter crisp to it. The onion rings were true beer battered onion rings. Do I need to say more? If you have not tried beer bettered onion rings, I highly recommend.

When a burger craving hits, there is only one place in Page we consider our "go-to" burger joint. Busy days to be expected, patience is a good quality to have. Long lines, staff bustling to complete orders, chatter in the background, and the smell of food present the typical atmosphere of a successful restaurant. You hear laughter and chit-chat, all the sounds of small atmosphere comfort. Perhaps, or perhaps not shall you wait long for your meal but once you get it, you won't be disappointed. A green chili burger always fills our stomachs with contentment. Never have we left Slacker's dissatisfied. There will be hits and misses as with any business, but Slacker's is one who stands out with slamming burgers and good service. It'll be worth the visit when you're in town, and why not satisfy the sweet tooth with ice cream from just next door? This little place is a cool find, a repeat visit, and worth the journey.

Slacker delivers an exceptional burger at a very reasonable price point. I have not gotten any of their creative burgers, however, their basic bacon burger is one of the best I have ever had. Each component is extremely high quality. They have many more options besides burgers and tho I haven't tried them, I imagine they are of the same quality. One of my favorite burger places and I stop there everytime I go through Page.
