Deep Blue Oxted

Although I was initially disappointed when I ordered deep fried haloumi burgers and found out it is not a fish, I was soon back to my old self on the news that it was infact a new type of cheese. On a separate note I was also informed by my lovely server Cassidy that fish are alive until they are caught and eaten. I had been told that fish have cold blood so its ok but now that I think about it all things in cold water have cold blood and you wouldn't eat your nephew while they have a paddle, LOL. I am a vegetarian so moving forward I think I will stop eating fish. Or anything that seems like its alive no matter what temperature its internal juices are. Back to the food guys. The cheese was amazing although it did not taste of fish so be warned if you do like the flavour of fish. I may return for the cheese but next time I will eat in so I can smell fish while I eat the cheese,they say you taste with your nose so maybe it will work as I am starting to miss eating fish after just a week. Honestly the cheese was so good and I would recommend it to anyone,although I will not be ordering one again because I have recently found out cheese is made from the milk of cows, GROSS. In all its been a rough week what with having to give up milk and fish, but I now have a new place to get chips, which were amazing btw. I had the cheesy ones and they were yummy, but it seems cheesy means with cheese so no more for me sadly. Look forward to visiting again. Given I won't be eating the fish or cheese I wonder if the staff might recommend a fish and cheese free alternative to fish or cheese, would be much appreciated. Also has a nice picture of a field where I am told the fish are taken to die as there is no water for them to breath in. Five stars
