I placed my order through GrubHub. I placed exactly what I wanted and when I received my food I didn't get what I ordered. I called them I got yelled at by Noemi. She told me it was my fault so I said OK my bad. I hung up and looked at my receipt and realized she was wrong. She didn't even call me back to let me know she was wrong but when I called back she let me know she was wrong and she told me the only thing she could do was give me a free bag. I'm allergic to vinegar and tried to explain it to her but she told me it wasn't her problem. I also tried to speak to the manager Chris who also didn't seem to care. Awful customer service.

Upscale sandwich shop with decent food. I really enjoyed the tortilla soup, but everyone in our group agreed that the bread seemed too dense for our tastes. Overall opinion of everyone was that it was okay food, but nothing outstanding.

Amazing service, hospitality, and food quality. We visited thé Urbane Cafe about a year ago and now we're regulars here! We love the staff and their food...And don't forget to try the bread pudding.

I USUALLY GO TO VENTURA URBANE CAFE. BUT WITH ALL THE RESTRICTIONS N DISTANCING I THOUGHT TO TRY THR OXNARD URBANE CAFE HERE. SURPRISED N GOT THE URBANE CAFE SALAD . PLUS GOT A GIFT CARD AS WILL TOO.. VERY WELL KEPT CLEAN N WELL MANNER N SEASON GREETING EARLY MORNING WHEN THEY OPEN 10.. BEING N MEDICAL FIELD VERY WATCH HOW HANDLING FOOD AREAS. One of my favorite places for a bite. This location has changed their tables and chairs to a more modern look. The dishes they serve the food on are more elegant. Service is always quick and food always hits the spot!

We eat here at least 3 times per week. Their whole staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I always look forward to dinner here. Chris and Martin (as well as everybody else) are great employees and always make sure our specialized order is taken care of. Great place for a healthy lunch or dinner. Thanks!

Ordered my food 3 hours in advance; but when I got there. I gave them my name and they still didn't even haven't started it.
The food was super good though so I'll give them that.

First time eating here, came for dinner and had the Southwest sandwich and I must say the BEST sandwich! Their bread is like no other. The staff was great even had the chance to meet the manager I think his name is Chris, great guy! Look forward to coming here on a regular basis.
