Ruby's

Just went for lunch and the food was excellent! I'm on a low carb diet and the gentleman was so kind, he cooked the lamburger perfectly and provided an extra veggie side. The restaurant is very clean, staff are incredibly nice and the prices are accurate (meaning you get what you pay for and it's worth every penny!). Thank you Ruby's, you made my day!!!

This place has changed names a few times. It's always been eh ok but this most recent time with new management and staff has been amazing! Nicole is the absolute best and seriously makes this place! She's so nice helpful and attentive there are not enough words to describe! I will definitely be back because of Nicole! She needs a raise! I gave her one and will continue to when I come back! Thank you Ruby's for a great place downtown! There are not many but you are by far one of the best!! Thank you!!

My family and I visited Ruby's yesterday as we were looking for a quick bite to eat. When we arrived there - there was only 1 person doing all the ordering, the cooking and cleaning when the amount of work should have easily been a 3-person job. I wish I had asked for this young man's name, because the 5 star goes specifically to him. Honestly, he not only kept this place going, he made sure every meal he prepared (speaking for our group) was a 5 star meal. To be able to handle a big crowd under pressure and perform with quality is rare. He deserves to own his own business he was that impressive. Thank you sir...Note for management - it would be nice to have tv's working while dining and have more staff to handle the number of people visiting your venue.

Beside from the great food here. They have to have the friendliest and thoughtful staff I have ever dealt with. stop in on 6/23/17 @ 7:30pm. The man at the counter very friendly and lady that was preparing my food was equally as friendly. she even gave me options on my gyro and explain the sauce. Please do not stop!!! You're service and food Puts a smile on my face after you leave. One last thing they even shake your and when you leave. Damn!! I love this place.

Firstly, I'm not a fan of downtown. However, Ahmed at Ruby's was SO customer service centric I will ALWAYS speak highly of this place. The food was amazing, I was surprised. The humus omg. I am vege and my boyfriend is straight up carnivore, so I asked for a vege recommendation. He said the falafel wrap was good and yes he was right, then I asked for a side and he gave me my best bang for buck! I had to ask for a Togo container bc it was so much food but it was too amazing to leave behind. I work in service industry and would tell you if this place was $**+, but it's GREAT! 5 stars all the way! Thank you Ahmed for making me a lifelong customer!

My boyfriend and I decided to try something new for date night, and we chose right with Babas (soon to be Ruby's)! Nichole was so sweet and helped us decide on food! I ate my first gyro in Greece and the lamb gyro here was spot on and absolutely fantastic! Top service and top food, don't miss out on this place!!(=

My favorite spot in Orlando. The Gyro platter is by far the best in the area, and most everything else on the menu is fresh and delicious. It is on the expensive side, but the portions are very large. Usually I get a couple meals out of it. There can be a bit of a wait, so call ahead so that you can pick it up as soon as you arrive.

The food was extremely good, and the platter portions were far in excess of my expectations. The total for 2 people (tip included) was $25. The atmosphere wasn't all that great in my book since this restaurant is open to the noise and atmosphere of downtown Orlando. My date, however, did enjoy the scene, which is the part that counts.
