It's IHOP. Located next to a college, so you'll get that crowd. Service was fine. Food was mid at best. About 2 steps above Waffle House.

Amazing service! The waitress was very kinda and was almost a part of our group because they were so friendly and engaged with us. Food quality is great but pricing is a little high for quantity.

Pretty good experience. The service was great and restaurant very nice. One of our orders was not good...New Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle. When it arrived, it only had a few strawberries. Our kind server brought more. But, the cheesecake mousse was actually a lump of cream cheese, very sour and inedible. We had to scrape off so we could eat the waffle. The extra strawberries and whipped cream with the waffle was very good. But, the cream cheese stuff was a big disappointment for sure. I mean, it's called a Cheesecake Waffle. We definitely did appreciate our server for taking great care of us for our Thanksgiving meal.

It was an IHOP. The food is always good. My boys really liked their food even though they originally didn't want to go. Now they keep asking when we get to go back.

I come here at night pretty often. Food is always amazing. Waitresses and staff are always friendly and quick. One of my favorite places to relax late evening after working all day.

Always a good experience. I actually work here and, having worked in over a dozen different restaurants, I will say it is one of the most well kept restaurants I’ve worked in. The cooks and servers are great and take pride in their work. Management is awesome. The review from Kayla last week that says the restaurant is not clean is just false.
It seems she may have an ax to grind because she left a negative review on another place that she once worked as well. So ignore that review. Come eat. We will take great care of you!

The nice blonde waitress was working very hard. Even made sure to bring our toast to us. There was even more than one employee waiting on the patrons. Location was very and well kept. Food was good.

Good food, very tasty. I like it much better than Denny's.
They were quick to seat us, quick with the food, and overall very helpful.
It was late at night and I really appreciate the service.

I went on free pancake day and enjoyed the pancakes. My only complaint is the complaint I have every time I go to IHOP which is that they don't know how to cook an over medium egg. They always rush it and the yolk is still completely liquid. The hash browns I ordered were amazing though. Salty and crispy, just like I like them.

Great experience. Went on a Saturday, a little busy. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Got water promptly, ordered about 5 minutes later. Food took about 10-15 min to be ready. Our waitress came around often enough to get us anything we needed but not so much it got annoying.
The restaurant was clean. Everyone was respectful. Great experience.
