Taco Bell

When I finished ordering and got to the window I asked them to change my order from 6 soft tacos to the new family box with 4 hard tacos and 4 beefy burritos for the same price and the manager told the girl at the window she can't change my order at the window. It would have been easier to order if the person taking orders could have suggested the family deal for the same price. Their attitudes were horrible and the manager or whoever she was for the evening kept looking back saying what she say. Bad customer service skills. Also the tacos were stale and the burrito was so burnt that you smell it. It was also stuck to the paper. Very disappointed. When spent $16 on our order. Waste of time and money. Edit: went back for a remake and this the outcome. So disappointed.

Since the discontinuation of the 7-Layer Burrito, there has not really been much of a reason for me to go here. The one Saving Grace is the Baja Blast zero. I absolutely love the soda. However, the last two times I've gone in, this particular soda has been down. That's twice in two weeks. Irritating, to say the least.

Went there at 6:57 p.m. on 10/17/2020 I bought a nacho party pack box got it home open the box up and there was a q-tip in the food I called the restaurant talked to the manager she cussed me out and told me she was not going to do anything about it so I waited until Monday morning to call headquarters made a complaint they said they would get back with me in 72 hours no phone call so I called them the following Monday told them that they was going to call me back but no phone call received they said they will have somebody in their department to call me back within 24 hours so I waited 24 more hours no phone call so I called them back on that Wednesday and here it is 11/6/2020 and I still have not received any phone call I just love how taco Bell managers and customer service treats their customers I will never ever eat at this taco Bell again and with covid-19 going around you would think that they would be a little bit more cleaner than what they arewho knows they might have been cleaning their ear with that q-tip and put it in with the ncho party box and I bought other things there too which my bill came out to $20.75 and that one customer appreciation call back
