Wonderful restaurant! Went there on December 23, 2021, with family and we all had a great meal, wonderful service, and an delicious desert. We actually split the Peppermint Snowball. Only downside was the weather outside, was a bit snowy and cold, and it wasn't there fault for that! It was comfortable and very good atmosphere. Thanks again for a wonderful evening. PS I had the Beef Plate! What a meal.

I was disappointed with my blooming onion, it was undercooked and still raw. Open face beef was underwhelming, not much flavor. Mashed potatoes were slightly warm and coleslaw was blahh. I'll try again in the future perhaps.

Excellent staff, exceptionally attentive and tasty food. We stopped in for lunch and both had roast beef sandwiches and shared a snowball dessert together.

Went in for an early dinner at 4 pm. We were given the lunch menu. There was a lunch special for an open faced prime rib sandwich, which my boyfriend ordered. The waitress told us that this item had sold out for lunch but offered he could order the prime rib off the dinner menu for nearly 30$. He declined. We ended up with hot roast beef sandwiches which were Luke warm. Pretty disappointed. Drinks were very tasty. Total bill was 60$ for 3 drinks and hot roast beef sandwiches. West a bummer!

Great family atmosphere. Friendly staff and generous portions. Plus the beef on wick is the best around. Update!!!!! The wife and I went into there for lunch. Was greeted and sat down right away. Our waitress was very friendly. We both had the open face hot roast beef sandwich which was very good. Always a great place to eat

Great family owned business w/ amazing food. When I come home to WNY I always come here for at least 1 meal. Must stop
