Very nostalgic, if you went here as a kid it's worth going back to to check out. If you're not going there to relive find memories though, might not be worth the stop. Our waiter was the nicest guy ever too!

The food=really poor quality. The Ice Cream and desserts=Extraordinary. The service=Fantastic if they could possibly hire more of the same people. Our server was working her tail off covering the entire store by herself

Valentina waitress AMAZING!
We haven't been to Friendlys in decades and I must say I was treated the way I was when my parents were my age what more can you say about the woman I mentioned in the beginning Valentina great service made us smile and laugh.

Ordered a single scoop Sunday and found a huge piece of cardboard in my ice cream. The manager was rude when I brought it to her attention and would not come my meal. Attempted to contact corporate. Left a email for them but have not heard a response back

If I could give this place 10 stars I would all because of our waitress. Allison was so happy to serve us and help make sure we had everything I need, she made great recommendations and was so sweet! I live in Staten island and I would travel to NJ just for her! The food was also great! The tater kegs were absolutely delicious and the bacon Mac and cheese burger was also delicious!

My husband wanted a SUNDAE....got to the OLD BRIDGE location around 6pm and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The waitress was very friendly, apologized for the wait. I am a rewards member so I showed her the available reward on the app, wrote my rewards # down and took our order. I got my sundae to go and haven't eaten it yet, but my husband really enjoyed his!

we had the lobster roll classic and ordered for pickup
was ready when we arrived and when we got home we found they made an amazing sandwich!
mostly large pieces of sweet lobster topped with shredded lettuce on a toasted bun
big meal! 1 side we got the cole slaw, it was cold and crunchy
keep up the good work, will be ordering again!

Great awesome experience the lady Fatima was everything above and beyond . She was our server The Joy the happiness the outgoing the all-around great customer service. I would recommend her over and over and over again. She was an absolute positive experience.
