The House of Smoke here in Okmulgee is the best smoked meat we have found from coast to coast!! Not artificially smoked with fake liquid, just slow natural smoke flavor that’s just right, not overwhelming or bitter. It is tender and juicy, seasoned just right. Meat actually falls from the bone. You will not be disappointed! The baked beans are to die for with bits of grilled meat, onions, green pepper & the potato salad is done the all American way. The family and staff are friendly, caring and you won’t wait long for your order. We are very blessed to have them here! You have got to try it and you’ll see it is lovingly prepared to perfection😋

OMG!! This place is delicious!!!! I was at the Loves truck stop and smelled the smoking meat. I did a Google search and this was the closest place. When I got there, the smell said this was DEFINITELY the place! I called in my order at the truck stop and the lady was super sweet. When I got there to pickup my order, both ladies working the front were really nice. Got back to the truck stop and the food was SO tasty. Got two 3 meat dinner plates with two sides and added an extra side and two drinks. $38. Portion sizes are southern size. If you are hungry after you finish your plate, it ain’t their fault 😤😆 For all you other truckers out there, they have room for bobtails to eat. It’s less than 3 minutes from Loves, so you can drop your trailer and get some real food 😃
