This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you can get good chicken others times it was like yesterday. The chicken tasted like it was either cooked too long or old. Why they would have old chicken I don’t know since it seems there is someone always in line. I wish managers would spend more time with the workers showing them how to properly prepare food. When I got my food it looks like teenagers were working there. Which is understandable. But they should also be trained properly you don’t just give people anything.

They don’t give receipts. I really think they are on some scaming type of stuff. I have never been to a restaurant where they don’t give receipts . They don’t even ask you if you want it. They just throw your receipt in the garbage. Please you can go in the garbage and get peoples receipts and have all type Of identifying information. No I need my receipt bro now . Try it with someone else. Ask for your receipt as soon as you pay or they will give you a duplicate copy.

I very disappointed in this kfc. I go there a lot my children love it. I was given a drink the did not taste well so I called. Next time in they said we can’t give you the drink you ordered we can give you something smaller. I spend $30 every other week for the family. For the 25 cents it cost kfc for the soda they lost out on ok money per year. I know they will be fine. Thanks for reading

Don’t want to even give them 1 star. $9.89 for a 3 piece chicken tender meal?? No potato wedges had to get fries, chicken tastes like it fried in grease from a month ago, no drink, no biscuit, no dipping sauce and I was supposed to get a cookie because they didn’t have biscuits, but never got one. Fries were cold. Coleslaw was warm. I’ve been there before but I will never go back. Staff was very rude. Very disappointed.

Went to store Saturday April 2 2022 7:30 pm try the drive thru order 2 pc chicken dinner breast and and a wing told me out of breast and wings got 3 thighs and a leg burnt old chicken gave me my potatoes and gravy no coleslaw or roll 3 people were standing at window like they were up to something no good this was not my first time getting bad chicken last week at 11 am they didn’t open until 11:30 am order same 2 pc bad dark so-called extra crispy I’ll never go back to ice again best chicken is browns in lockport golden crispy chicken check it out I guarantee you

The employee there are very rude, We went there and asked for our order. They put another one's order on our table , The manager came very angry and scared our kids, taking the wrong order to the garbage! We were shocked and my kids were very scared and upset. Then when our order came , they gave us it wrong and did not tell us . We discovered this by ourselves and when we asked them they told us we did not have what you orderd so we put another instead !! If there were any zero star in the reviews, I will for sure choose!!
