Dunkin'

I think if there are 5-6 people. Drive thru should run pretty well…….not at this place. Ne and my lady spoke in plain English. She understood what the order was. Get to the window. They tried 2wice to give me stuff i didnt order.(3-4 different people). So after being in drive thru for15-20 minutes they give me 1 item. Then i had to explain what the order actually was. So she proceeds to get the rest of the order. Comes back 5 minutes later…….give me my drink. But forgets the other drink. I admit she was polite. But there was 2 other loud mouth heathens that had the nerve to have an attitude after id been sitting waiting for 2 drinks and a pesto sandwich. Trust me This DD is not worth 20 minutes of your day

The service sucked today. katherine working the register was a joke - if she didn’t wanna be @ work she shouldn’t have been @ work. Katherine lacked customer service skills and I had to ask for everything. How hard is it to not over fill a plastic cup to prevent spillage, provide napkins, and a straw?? How’s 1 supposed to drink coffee w/o a straw! Really?!? Either retrain properly or get new staff

I went through the drive thru to get coffee. I ask for coffee with sugar. I arrive to work and saw there was cream in my sugar. I am lactose intolerant. They messed with the wrong person. They messing my order. The employees are lack of hearing. The management need to fire the works because they are incompetent. They can't get a simply order right.

I went to this location for a few years and it was fine. I started going to the 147th & Cicero Dunkin last year because they're fast and have never made a mistake with my order. Well recently I decided to give the oak forest location another try, but my prior concerns were validated. Working in the service industry myself, I have to think that the consistent shortfalls at this store don't fall onto the employees, but ownership & management and their training practices.

Today I want to there at 6:15 pm and place to oder but the employees are rude they told me place oder in drive through I when to drive though but they not taken oder and I came to window and talk to them they not taken oder and they totally rude and close the window so I don’t like them service so go to other place but don’t come to here’s

went here as is close to home. took my partner from Ireland for first Dunkin coffee. Both of us got really sick...we believe food poisoning but not sure. The coffee tasted odd. maybe the creamer was spoiled but i have since gone to the Midlothian location and never had a problem. Will NEVER go back to this location.
