Garlic prawns very good. For a middle 70s lady, the eating area was designed for students!!

Very fresh and filling, with excellent smoothie bowl options. A little piece of luxury. Quick and efficient service, and whilst not the cheapest the quality justifies it.

A bit overpriced but I had their seasonal katsu curry... it was delicious.
I also had a pokebowl and I liked it but I wouldn’t get it again, not because it was bad but the price...

Need something nourishing that tastes amazing Pokewaves has got you covered. I cannot fault this place. Quick service (they make your bowl in front of you). Amazing variety of fish and other meat and also has vegan options. Good amounts of food, certainly enough to fill you up and everything looks and tastes perfectly fresh. Not to be missed...

Had no idea this place was here till a friend suggested it, wow, I love it, the yuzu salmon rice bowl is amazing, so fresh tasting with a wonderful mix of flavours and textures. It's my new favourite place to eat!

Whenever I visit Nottingham I have to have lunch at Pokewaves. This time I had the bowl with the raw salmon & also added prawns. It was delicious & so filling. All the ingredients are super fresh & tasty. But also good for you. Can't wait for my next visit
