3 at best…In my experience I only receive fresh piping hot food when I order a signature meal or sandwich. The lower ticket items seem to be made in abundance. The bacon at this location is a bit questionable regarding its Aesthetic not as brown and charred as I world prefer (but I understand that may be a hit or miss) average fast food….Temperature is my biggest thing when ordering at any establishment and for the majority of my experiences to end with at least one of my items completely cooled off is a bit lack luster.

Service here is awesome. Been using this place for over Decade . Trust no one more. The employees here r top trained, and polite and courteous. Recommend it highly. Only wish I could give it more than 5 stars. East access too it from Interstate 64. My recent visit i worked with Dave and Daniel. Excellent people.

At 545pm on a Sunday...lobby doors locked . Drive through lined all the way out to the road .No one answering the cars in the drive through . Left the line and drove by the window and literally saw ppl standing there. I even called the store no one answered the phone 😒. I've spent years in management....if I came in and my crew was doing this everyone would be FIRED!!!!!
