Limoo Cafe

I love the food at Limoo. Everything is delicious, generous portions (the first photo with the wrap is an entree!). When it was my birthday the owner generously didn’t charge me for the Persian Love Cake that I ordered for dessert. The service is always friendly, the food is served quickly. Going here again soon with friends for a banquet dinner.

Treated myself to dinner at @Limoo.Cafe, an eatery specialising in Persian cuisine. Falafel - Limoo's special falafels served with saffron hummus and pickled cabbage The falafel caught my eye and it was delicious, crunchy on the outside, soft chickpea filling, a bit rich but balanced with the pickled cabbage and burst of pomegranate seeds, rounded off by the smooth hummus. Koofte - house signature beef meatballs mixed with split peas, rice, herbs and sumac, served with hot bread Two large meatballs presented with interesting flavours, subtle, but there's something in there which is warming. Use that bread to mop up the tasty sauce. The display cabinet at the front definitely had me interested so I got some dessert as takeaway - the walnut and pistachio baklava varieties were delicious. I also got the Persian cheesecake which was excellent.
