8am and "out of" hot chocolate!? It's the main reason we like DD - theirs is the best! Place seemed clean. Only ones here so I guess it doesn't get busy- awkward way to get into parking lot. Only one person working (and a Sunday) - so they touch food and money and equipment at same time. Probably why no hot chocolate- they didn't make it. Maybe they are better later in day...

The staff in the morning was rude, she rolled her eyes at me as I was entering the building and then when I got my usual coffee she only gave me 3/4 of my coffee. Shoot at this point people, you'll get more for your money at a gas station coffee. I don't know what's her problem. I'm never going there.

Went in to get a dozen doughnuts for my daughter, There was 1 person if front of us getting coffee, we waited for them to put in their order and pay, this took a few minutes we were next in line , no one else in the store 3 people working behind the counter. we stood at the register for over 5 minutes and no one came to take our order or even say be right with you , so we walked out and bought nothing and wasted our time. very poor customer service. never been a problem here before.

Very friendly but incredibly slow. No reason why it takes 10+ mins for 2 wraps and hashbrowns especially when no one else was there and they aren't busy..

Girl working behind counter very hard working and friendly. The only problem was that the person working was working solo! Employee was excellent but only one person working is absolutely insane!

One of the nicest, brightest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in. The young man (who I think could be the manager) was kind, polite and patient. I watched him training a new employee and thought "What a lucky guy to be trained by someone so very nice, thorough and patient."
And I was double lucky to arrive when they still had Chocolate-filled Bavarian cream donuts. Yum-my!!!!

I've been to this DD a few times. I will say that all three visits had issues. Extremely long wait times. Mistakes happen. But three for three on mistakes? They did correct them, but that made for more wait time. I find this location is also not the easiest to get in and out of either.
To be fair, I'm not saying this DD is bad. Only that I have had the misfortune of having issues on every visit. I may just have been unlucky.
