Majority of my order was missing, the fries and onion rings were soggy, and the chicken tenders taste like grease and were hard as a rock. It was an absolute disaster, definitely will not be placing any more online orders from this restaurant!

We had a very good meal here. Our server was outstanding! Colon was the most polite and friendly server I think we have ever had! The restroom was clean and they practiced social distancing and masks were worn. We have stopped here before, while traveling through Newark and will definitely stop again.

I'll start with it was a late dinner after a long day. Not busy at all. Service was good, but the food was just ok. My son ordered a burger, I'm not sure if they do different temps here but they didn't ask and it came very well done. We like medium temp on our burgers. Toppings were good. I ordered a Ruben Sandwich, the meat was good but there was hardly any in the sandwich. Disappointed in the food, but was looking forward to our Banana Split. As you can see in my pictures it was big, but could have been made with more love. Not enough toppings,but was good enough to eat every bite. I would go back I just won't expect to much.

Very rude the women had her hands in her pockets and tried to touch my food. I asked nicely if she could wear gloves while handling my icream she throw it down n left. The other lady was slightly nicer but both had attitude. Sad used to like it but I prefer the one in people plaza nicer n better hygiene.

I just went to Friendlys for a quick breakfast. I have been there several times before but I thought I needed to leave a review after today’s visit. It was excellent from the server to the food. The server came immediately and got coffee for me and took my order. He was friendly and efficient. My food arrived shortly. The eggs were cooked perfectly ( over medium) and the potatoes were HOT. The English muffin was actually toasted perfectly. You say, well it should be but that doesn’t always happen. This cook deserves a raise! Finally the bill was very reasonable. This is my go to place for breakfast.

If they had about 20 more Ethans it would be great. Otherwise Ethan is awesome but everyone else there doesn't care about the customers. They got my order wrong when i order a peppermint stick. Then i go back the next day and they said they dont sell the peppermint stick although there is a huge cardboard advertisement for it.
Second was I ordered a large ice cream sundae no whipped cream and got a small peanut butter sundae full of whipped cream. Thank god im not allergic to peanuts.
would they make it right??? nope!!! However if you mention the issue they will try to push you to the back of the line.
20 minutes later when u ask them to take your order they will say i think i should get you a manager. To what?? Take an order??
It was bad both times i went to the place. The first night was bad when customers tried to jump in front of me to order cause there was 9 of them and only me and my 14 month old daughter. GHETTO!!!
