If you can help it, do not go here as a customer.
The staff is ill-prepared and do not handle stress well. They give attitude to each other and take it out on customers.
I ordered two hot coffees on a Saturday morning. The coffee was hot, but tasted old and stale. When I finished towards the bottom of the drink, I got a mouthful of grounds. I opened the cup and saw about two inches of straight coffee grounds. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but shouldn't coffee at a coffee franchise be fresh?

Ordered my coffee on the app. Went to pick up at 6:40 & the door was locked with the lights off but I could see people inside. I saw my coffee already made waiting to be picked up as well, so I called & an employee answered the phone saying they’ll bring my coffee out. I don’t appreciate the fact that they close at 7pm but shut down early. I had already paid for my coffee. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. Pretty much all the same.However, this location’s pickup area is disorganized. First off they need to turn down the music-no one can hear when They call out orders. And they should just call out order numbers when they are ready. They shout out the specifics of the order over the loud music.

Just stopped here today to grab a quick ice coffee and they were closed before 7pm . I got there 20 mins before they close. I see other people have said the same thing . Maybe change the hours to 5am-6:40 … I been to this location before and never had an issue til now .

Ordering kiosks: 1 was off, the other crashed while waiting in line to order. I downloaded the DD app and ordered before the staff recognized the issue and manually took the users of the people ahead of me.
Our food and coffee were prepared accurately and quickly, once I got an order in.
This is a counter service only location, but is not allowing dining in presently.

Worse coffee ever. I don't even know why I think it's going to get better. Was traveling grab it because I couldn't find a Starbucks. Next time I will go without. Save my money.

Its 3 people working here, at 6:30. They say open until 7 but are closed with lights off. I pulled up with all lights on, as i got my wallet they went and locked the doors. Sorry all are hanging out on their phones, what is wrong with this world anymore

The Kiosk wasn't working and a associate walked by else while we were trying to figure it out..... and my sandwich was cold(not fully cooked)
