The service was fast, despite one guy working. It was a great place to stop and get food when the boarding line was long! I got the avocado toast, which taste great and was priced much better than the snacks in the airport conviene stores.

3:30pm on 3/13 RUDE RUDE RUDE! Guy behind counter needs customer service training. Even if he is having a bad day, there is no reason to be that rude. This location advertises product it does not have and was half out of donuts too. The coffee shop down the terminal got my business

I grabbed coffee here and it wasn’t that great of an experience. The service is extremely slow and inefficient. I stood waiting in line for 5 minutes with 5 workers behind the counter, #1 taking orders, at a snails pace, #2 cleaning bottles of syrup, #3 carrying boxes from the back, #4 toasting bagels, and lastly, #5, doing, well, still trying to figure that out, it didn’t seem like a whole lot.
That said, the Dunkin is located inside Terminal A before security, and prices were reasonable. The order was correct, though just a regular coffee so not too much to mess up there, and they were someone polite.
I wasn’t overly impressed. The lines was pretty backed up yet no one seemed to want to jump on the other register or multitask. Perhaps I’m asking too much here...

Today, the India guys dropped something on the floor, and still tried to serve it to me. I will never eat from here again!

This place is ridiculous. With the long line here the only cashier decides to stop and sweep the floor. Last time I was here they had a sign that says they open at 5am. I was waiting foe over 15 minutes for them to open.
