Always delicious cakes and this cake made our Ladies’ Afternoon Tea extra special.
Visited yesterday. Kids enjoyed their cake sundaes, but the hazelnut surprise slice was not fresh at all. We’d travelled from Rawtenstall so couldn’t return it. First bad experience with Cakebox — other branches have always been great. Really disappointed and won’t be returning to this branch.
Safina doesn’t just hand out cakes, she hands out mini moments of happiness, which is why Cakebox feels empty on the rare days she’s not there. If Safina ever left Cakebox, the cakes would lose their flavour and the customers would lose their minds, she’s the sweetness holding it all together.
