Mandarin Cafe

Great and tasty food with amazing quick service. The golden fried wontons a must try. Dipping them with the sweet sauce that comes with it makes the meal so complete. The general Gau's Chicken is tender and tasty. Sweet and spicy so delicious. The Vegetarian fried rice is to die for. I highly recommend the Mandarin Café.

This place used to be great. Years ago they even won an award for being in the Top 100 Chinese takeout places in the U.S. They've gone WAY downhill. The staff is rude, especially the woman who works the counter (owner?). I've placed multiple online orders and they're never ready anywhere near close to the stated time. I was quoted 15 minutes today, arrived and they hadn't even started making the food, I was told another 20 minutes. When items are screwed up, they don't care and don't offer to make things right. This place used to be amazing, now it's just a dirty, disgusting, hole.

One star doesn’t even begin to describe their inability to make real Pad Thai. Literally rice wine vinegar and fish sauce and they use lemons! There were three one inch skinny pieces of chicken the size of a child’s finger in the entire entre. Absolutely discussed with this place. Is it really about only making money. I can’t believe this place has more than 4 stars! Maybe the east hasn’t ever really had real Thai food. No tamarind. No brown sugar. No garlic chives. Nothing. Cheap cheap cheap! Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here.

this was just overall gross. I used to go here when I was younger with my family and the food was pretty good. Just ordered the food tonight and found myself having to recook chicken and other meat because it was undercooked. Not to mention NONE OF THE COOKING STAFF HAD MASKS ON. Not a single one did which concerned me as I was eating the food that they had put their hands all over. 0/10 experience, this food was overall disgusting and just not good. The woman behind the counter and over the phone was rude and hateful as well.
