Good service. Clean. Chicken burger that my son had was very good . My sweetcorn fritters with bacon were great. Foxton fizz in the fridge! Didn't try the coffee but have heard it's good. Thanks very much. Will be back.

Had a great all round experience at The Gap. Everything was presented well, and there was a nice modern atmosphere without looking pretentious. Excellent coffee. The pumpkin soup special was perfect for a winter lunch, and nicely spiced. The lemon pepper calamari was delicious, the texture spot on, and the chorizo aioli that accompanied it was amazing. There was also a decent selection of beer and wine available. Would definitely come back.

Amazing food, service and coffee. Great salads and menu caters well from children to adults to meals suitable for diabetics.

The food is so good but especially If your looking for an amazing smashed avo, this is the place! Coffee and beverage selection is very good and they are licensed too. The staff are super friendly and it's location is good because it's in town but because it's up the Lane a little it doesnt it doesnt feel like it.
Highly recommend The Gap.

Awesome small plates menu - hmm? Actually the best small plates menu currently in Napier. Live music on Friday evening made it great night out with my friends. The excellent wine and drinks list was appreciated too. Had breakfast and coffee there earlier that day which didn't disappoint. What's not to like?! A valuable addition to the Napier cafe and restaurant scene.👍

Great food and very nice service. The coffee was a little bit weak for my taste but all in all a good experience

Had coffees this morning big group. They used close to unpasteurized milk. Bit different than normal. Yum flavour. Service good on the whole, didn't get asked what size coffees we wanted which was unusual. Would go back.
