This location is an absolute joke. Take whenever their signs/Google says their closing time is and throw that out the window because this location will regularly close its doors as early as 4pm.
I went through their drive through and was told they were out of iced coffee. How? Did you run out of both coffee AND ice?
I give this place 1 star because I am unable to give it 0 stars.

I ordered a large matcha green latte. I was bummed because I took like 4 sips and it was just ice. There was so much ice that I couldn’t even get the straw into the cup. The service was good and fast.

I am done with this location. They could care less how you order they will make it how they want not how you ask. Go to another location this one is TERRIBLE! Literally just drove away when they brought my drink to the window and I saw again it was wrong.

Not adhering to cdc covid guidelines. This is for Dunkin donut at “ 4003 Plainfield-Naperville Rd, Naperville, IL 60564”. Employees were not wearing masks, if you have camera inside, you can easily verify it. especially the folks working in the kitchen. It is dangerous to all the customers. It’s not the first time, I noticed.I will be complaining to CDC next

Worst Coffee shop I have ever been to. I'd rather drink mud

workers are nice! but they never have donuts. Last few times no glazed or long johns its kinda wild they even ran out of plain bagels and coffee rolls. not sure what the issue is but stock up on more donuts especially on weekends please.

This store said they opened at 4am, they had a bright open sign illuminated, all the lights on inside, and the paper schedule on the door said open at 4am. At 4:50am the door was still locked and drive thru still off. Very poor service and I will be using other dunkins in the area in the future

This is an okay Dunkin' Donu store. It is conveniently located next to a main road with plenty of parking and a drive thru. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and was very disappointed about the selection of donut flavors. I would recommend going earlier. The staff was very friendly but seemed confused when l asked questions about some of their flavors.
