If I could give negative stars I would. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I have been to some pretty sketchy ones. Donuts tasted at least a week old and were very chewy and stale. Might as well have slapped some glaze on some cardboard and bagged it up. Biggest waste of money and gas. Didn't have most of the donuts I even wanted to top it off. Hopefully they can get their act together because not only are they an embarrassment to the Dunkin brand but also to the overall donut family. The donuts I have eaten in the past would turn over in their graves if they saw how disgusting these ones were. The one star is for the hot chocolate that was decent.

One of the best dunkin donuts in the Chicagoland area come through the drive thru or go inside and the coffee is always incredible. Consistent quality and great friendly service with a nice clean inside this is such a great dunkin donuts that I actually pass up a dunkin donuts because I like this one better than most.

This is the best dunkin around. Very efficient and friendly staff. Happy hour after 2 o'clock $2 hot or cold. Not sure of any others that do this. Whenever working in Naperville or Lisle I make a point of going to the store.

Worst DD I've ever been to in my life. Rude customer service & food is rarely on point. Rather go to the one on Ogden Ave. they are much friendlier. No one ever gets back to you if you submit a complaint either.

The most oldest dried donuts I have ever eaten. It has turned into cracker .. acttual cracker . Aren't you supposed to throw away old donuts ? I get it .. you are trying to be cheap and save money , but donuts should not be crackers !!
