Wendy's

Walked in at 930am. No customers in store or drive through. Two people walking around doing stuff, one guy walks right by me.. I know all 3 of them knew I was standing there. Stood at register at least 5 to 10 minutes without any interaction with anyone. Then someone drives up to drive through and they rush over to take there order. I walked out.

Get it together Wendy's or shut down and put something in that can handle the business! Went to the drive thru yesterday and the guy says while laughing "We are only taking online orders because we are short staffed." OK, so we went somewhere else. Today we saw that Wendy's has a strawberry frosty so we ubered 3. Payed triple what we should have just to make it easier. Uber driver messages me and says "they can't find your order" WHAT?! so I call up there, no answer and it says the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. She messages back later and days ok they found it it, leaving now. Basically wasting her time as well.

I don't know who needs to hear this but Wendy's has the best breakfast and you can't change my mind. I've had some pretty horrible experiences in the past at this particular location but they (staff) redeemed themselves today. The gentleman taking care of us this morning was great and listened. The breakfast speaks for itself lol. Legit, i like the buscuit more than Chick-fil-A...I said it. Nice job Wendy's !

First time at this location and extremely dissatisfied! Ordered a $6 double cheeseburger and started eating it within 1 minute of leaving drive thru. Took 2 bites and threw it out the window. The burger was barely warm, tasted weird and was dried out like it had been sitting on the grill for a while. Can't use busy as an excuse because there was no one in drive thru and maybe 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot.

After waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru I then had to wait 6 minutes for my homestyle chicken sandwich with cheese! I just KNEW the chicken sandwich would be blow-ably hot, cheese sinfully melted. What I got pissed me off to the point of I dont need to talk to a soul until I calm down, so I took pictures. The order was for 1 spicy chicken, 1 chicken wrap, 1 homestyle chicken sandwich with cheese.
