Chick-fil-a

This restaurant is a nightmare. Their drive thru is horrible. They have no extensions so all the cars skip other cars. We were skipped by three people because they came into the parking lot from another entrance and went right into the drive thru lane. In the pictures, the white accord and the silver Lexus skipped in front of us. Won’t be coming back.

Employees are always friendly and drive-thru line moves quickly. I've only encountered one instance where the restaurant was unclean but I feel that this was more of an isolated incident with lacking employees. Most recently, my son and I dropped by for simple ice cream cones. I just wish they weren't next to a busy BOA.

While the food is great as always, someone needs to address the horrific lines. An employee should be positioned so customers who have received their orders can actually pull away! Additionally, another employee should be directing vehicles into organized lines leading up to placing their order. Some people just refuse to merge.

While the food is ok, this branch is always extremely busy and seems understaffed. The drive thru takes forever, service inside takes even longer and they choose to keep the kids play area closed. I thought this was a chain and I've seen other branches that did open their Play area. What a shame. I guess I will just have to take my business elsewhere. I really wish they opened their Play area. Edit: 5 days later, the play area is still closed, and not even a response from management. I found 5 other branches in other cities nearby that the play area is open. They clearly don't care about their customers.

I can never get enough of the politeness that the employees have and their sheer desire to go above and beyond. Every thank you is responded to with a "my pleasure." I understand that sometimes of the day the lones are long in the drive thru but I'm more than willing to wait in those lines to get the level of service I recieve. No other fast food restaurant holds a candle to chick fil a... Period

My last few orders from this location have not been great. It’s little things like not giving the nuts for the kale crunch salad or forgetting an entire item, giving me 10 nuggets when I ordered a 12 pack. The drive thru line seems totally unorganized lately too. Not sure what is going on but I’m not impressed and I’m not sure I’ll return.
