Two times in a row I’ve had bad experiences at this Starbucks. First time, there was chocolate sauce smeared on the lid of my iced tea. Second time, my iced tea lemonade did not have lemonade in it; it was just tea. The label clearly said green tea lemonade. Avoid this location.

A rather busy location, which is good as it is open later than other stores in the area.
Some indoor seating and spacious outdoor seating along the walkway. There’s also lots of seating along the street.
Parking can be a challenge here as there is limited parking in front on Castro.

Rotten milk!!! 3 of us got our coffees here today.
2 realized that the taste is off from bad milk so threw away drinks. The third drink had too much sugar in it so the taste got masked and made my friend sick.

Friendly store and the restrooms is always clean. Pastries often out of stock but that seems to be the rule at Starbucks these days. Key selling point for this location: lots of plugs for computer or charging phone. And if they're full, there's lots of outdoor seating.

Update: Restrictions removed. Great staff, and coffee!
Masks still required at this Starbucks. Even though Santa Clara county and the state has transitioned to remove that restriction. The service has always been great here, and the cashier was very polite, however the message hasn't arrived. Definitely will come back once that restriction is removed.

Central location, parking is bit tough if you want to hang for longer. Lot of kids come here in the afternoons making it loud. Staff is nice.

Above and beyond service, asked for extra whip and caramel & they gave me exactly what I asked for 12/10 😍😍

Staff are very friendly. Drink usually well made. In door sitting also open back, the tables are too small for my taste but things are getting back to normal.
