Just a good humble local Japanese restaurant. The Eel hot pot in Yanagawa style is soul-warming. Perfect for winter ❄️ The crispy soft shell crab with green tea salt is absolutely delicious. Don’t forget to order the double salmon roll, too. Service is a bit slow, some wait is expected.

Affordable, generous portions and definitely a local gem ! One of the best place for Japanese in the upper north shore. We have been to the place a couple years ago , the price hasn't increases by a great lot, even less than inflation I would say. Most of the customers are locals and most of them would byo.

Delicious and very good presentation of the degus

Fabulous traditional Japanese food in a simple environment. The service is simple and not over the top which I appreciate. The decor is simple but the main focus is the fabulous fresh food and wonderful Sake list.

Fantastic tasting menu. Great value for money. Service is always top notch... and BYO! Good for a special occasion or date night. The sushi is a good option if you don't want the full tasting.
