The Forest Inn

My first visit ever. Was there with family on New Years Eve. They were quite busy, but we had a reservation and only waited a few minutes for the table. Took awhile for the server to get to our table, but once they did it was great. The food was incredible, seafood platter and T Bone steaks. The salad bar was also very impressive. All staff were masked and restaurant was clean.

We arrived a ½ hour after they opened on a Saturday night and the parking lot was pretty full. The restaurant is handicap accessible once you get in the front door, but you have to be able to open the door without help. When we went in we told them there were 3 of us and we had a reservation and we still had to wait to be seated. The lady at the register was not friendly and definitely not welcoming especially if you didn't have a reservation so I would recommend calling ahead for a reservation. Our server was right on top of things and did a good job making sure our food came out hot, fresh and just how we ordered it. The food was very good. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, a ½ chicken with baked potato, and a whole rack of ribs also with a baked potato. The meals included a very nice salad bar and a bread basket. Prices are right in line with all the nicer restaurants in the area.

Forest inn is great place to eat. The staff that seats you was friendly. Waitress was great. Kept drinks filled and removed empty plates. She made sure we had everything we needed. Salad bar was the best. My husband had ribs and said great and has enough for tonight. They also make great 7 7 drink. I had bourbon tornado (steak with bacon wrapped and buorbon sauce) and highly recommend. Delicious! We will be going back thanks Forrest inn for having great place
