Burger King

They were busy when I went. I went inside because I thought it would be much faster. Boy was I wrong...lol they were like so behind on orders. And had them mixed up. But b4 that I waited like a good 20-minute max at register b4, he even took my order. I wasn't tripping. Yet I hoped he got to me soon. And he did and took my coupon.... lol 😆 And I honestly did wait for my order long. And I was happy about cause my stomach was hungry. And it was delightful when I got home 🏡

Just literally left the drive thru. They first handed me the wrong order. And then they handed me my order. I ordered a spicey chicken sandwich and an original chicken sandwich with no lettuce and they screwed that up as well. I'm allergic to lettuce. Thank burger King. You are usually pretty good but I don't know what been going on lately. Yall need to do better.

If there was an option to give no stars, this place would be a prime candidate to do so. The service is horrible, the sandwiches sit under the heat lamp for who knows how long, and they cater more to the drive-thru than the dine-in customers. And if you are lucky enough to find yourself at this location, you too can experience a sit-down restaurant style wait at a fastfood restaurant. Oh, and be prepared to have a soggy sandwich and get full on the unlimited drinks you will have while waiting. Btw, the 2 sandwiches, an order of jalapeno cheddar bites, 10 piece nuggets, and large fries were all stuffed into the smallest bag they have.

Pulled in order to eight piece nugget two cheeseburgers and a small fry received my order and less than 45 seconds from paying unfortunately the nuggets were hard as a rock and burned when I pulled back around to notify the cashier she said I know I know I know just pull forward to the second window I pulled forward where the gentleman was and he had a rather disappointing attitude about the situation I was the only car there and I waited 15 minutes for a remake on nuggets and then was instructed by him to eat one in front of him to make sure that I was satisfied with my nuggets very poor customer service provided by the gentleman
