I wouldn't even give this a star.. horrible customer service, there was a pice of plastic in my meal. I wasn't even looking for discount or anything. But the way the manager came at me was wrong a simple sorry I'll look into it would've been cool. Instead he started the blaming game and was extremely rude

They offer no refills. You need to buy another drink. Panda is too big to become so cheap now.

So I order a 1 item plate. Then the rude lady tries to charge me for 2 items . i say i just want 1 item . so she gets a spoon and scoops a spoon of chicken and throws it in the trash? I told her I dont want it. I walk away. 5:35 pm Montebello mall. 5/26/2021
