Primavera

Breaks my heart to write this review because I was so excited to try this place. It's so cute! I love the decor and color scheme but the food is aweful! The eggplant parmesan smelled and looked really good... But when I tasted it, it was sooo soggy. Hmm lolIt tasted like it was just a bowl of breadcrumbs and salt with a little plain tomato sauce. The fries and cauliflower were crispy but lacked flavor as well unless you put sauce on them.

This placed used to be wonderful, not sure what happened. The food lacked flavor, it was either overly salty or no taste as all. We asked for water 3x and never got any. The attached picture is $17 and change worth of salty Gnocci. There were 4 of us, but they served half the table and only brought out food for the other half 30 min later. It wasn't a busy night so not sure why. Then we waited about half hour for our bill to pay, but ended up just walking up to the front where 2 other customer also got tired of waiting. I can add a few more complaints but I think these were the main ones. I had heard that the quality went down but I didn't expect it to have gone down so much.

This is an overpriced, bad quality, run of the mill place. I ordered a salad, which for $20 came with obviously old lettuce, none of the other items described, and a few small pieces of salmon in a tiny bowl. And no, it's not me, as I was eating it, another person came over and asked for the menu again because they openly said they were still hungry. My wife had a pizza which she said was good, but then she ordered a milkshake, she did not get a milkshake... see photo, and that liquidy thing was $9. There was no real service and yet.... the 18% service was tacked onto the bill. Have not seen this poor quality of a restaurant, product, or service in a very long time.

I'm a very well observing person when it comes to restaurants, this place has been outstanding in all to all. Walked in 8:01pm I seated right away at 8:06 the first waitress came, took my order. At 8:16 dish #1 was served at 8:22 dish #2 as well timing A+, she even notified me that kitchen is closing at 8:30 which is good, I'm saying this based on a bad experience in another place I've been that I haven't been notified & got screwed while waiting over an hour. Food tasted Excellent, place was clean, very lighted up to warm atmosphere, a smile on every face there, prices are not as expensive as other places. I'm highly recommending this place for all categories Family outing, Dates, meetings, Etc... Keep up the great work👍
