Dunkin'

Service used to be good here. I would rather drive the extra 15 mins to the next dunkin, Id probably get my food at the same time. Mind you, if any of the things Ive listed below happened separately, I would not have been mad, but the combination of everything that happened at my last visit highly annoyed me. Upon entering the drivethru, there were 2 cars trying to reverse and leave, which is nearly impossible because the drivethru line always runs through the entire parking lot. No big deal, I let them leave and join the line, which takes around 10 mins before Its my time to order. I waited around 2 mins at the speaker, hearing nothing, when I finally said hello and was asked to wait a minute. Again, not a big deal. I dont care about customer service as long as my food is good. My bagel bites were frozen cold on the inside, which was pretty gross in itself. I continue to the boston cream donut, which I see has a huge thumbprint in the bottom where cream leaked into the bag. It was also facing down in the bag and chocolate was everywhere except on the donut itself. The cream was all pushed to one side throughout the donut and since I lost most of it in the bag, there was none in the donut. You can see the thumbprint and lack of cream in the picture. Id rather just go somewhere else that takes an extra minute to ensure good food quality.

Where do I start! I am at this Dunkin donuts 5 to 6 times a week! It literally is the start of every day. The staff is unlike anything I've ever encountered. For over 4 years even with staff turn over and additions they some good seem to hit it out of the park when it comes to services and friendliness! Kudos to the team and management off this location!
