Under-rated, this place. Fries: my favorite kind. Never under-seasoned. patties: never over or under done, never too fatty or lean. Mouthfeel 10/10 Toppings: They know the difference between grilled onions and onions that got hot on a grill. The veggies are always done right, and when the ratios of mayo/else is correct. The fickleness of the coca-cola freestyle machine is not their fault. they stink universally. But they never have a problem with me going to the counter to get my pick. I appreciate it.

Ordered a double cheeseburger all the way. They even offered grilled jalapenos, a well needed addition to my behemoth burger. Grilled + regular onions What can I say, it's like a beachside-wedding in my mouth. So enjoyable, it's a completely different experience than every other burger. Except in-n-out when you get a double-double animal style, with chopped Chiles. Love me some McDonald's and BK tho no disrespect intended

I placed an order online and the time to pickup my food was 8:37 pm. I got to the restaurant at 8:27 to 8:30, I spoke with male employee with a beard and he took my name and said they were working on my food right now (the burgers were on the counter with the buns and toppings waiting to be put together). I sat down and patiently waited. More and more people come in, get their food, and leave. I try to be patient but before you know it 30 minutes have passed. I look over at the employees who arent busy anymore and they ask if I'm picking up a to go order and ask for my name again. Yes! They could tell they forgot about me and my food has been just sitting there getting soggy. They offered me a drink of water for waiting....I just want my food already. When they finally get me my food they said sorry for the mix up. End of story. My food was indeed soggy when I got home. I should have asked about my food but I understand they are busy and I can be patient, but I certainly dont like being ignored. They probably should have offered something for the trouble but I'm not the kind person to ask or expect that sort of thing. They also forgot toppings on each burger I ordered. I just wish they cared more about the customer, but I guess minimum wage means minimum effort.

I was helped promptly, and with a smile. Nicholas was easy to get along with, got my order entered super fast, and I was handed a bag minutes later with a smile and a "have a great day!" The burger was delicious, and the fries tasted as quality as always. The best burger you can get that's ordered off a wall. Will be back sooner than I'd like to admit.

For this price you can get a burger from Cheesecake Factory. "grilled onions" are not really grilled onions like at a restaurant. Minimum wage employees, which I hate. This business won't exist by 2028. Many local bars serving better food at cheaper prices. You just won't get shelled peanuts while you wait.
