Dunkin'

This is honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. We moved here last October and it never fails that each time I’ve gotten an iced coffee that it tastes like dirty water… I even took a break for a few months and decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. My boyfriend and I did a curbside pickup order and it said when we get there to check in so they can make our order and bring it out. Well after waiting for 10 minutes for two iced coffees and 2 donuts, my boyfriend went in and asked where our order was. They said they were very busy and hadn’t started anything yet. In that 10 minute timeframe of waiting out front, there were at most 4 cars that had gone through the drive thru. I just don’t think they care and use coffee from the night before. I really don’t like to leave a bad review, and have never left one before but this Dunkin has been bad every time. And the manager/owner looks at us like we’re crazy for asking for a new drink. I will not spend my money there again. I drive back to Plainfield to get a coffee from Dunkin if I have to.

Their manager is very rude. We called them regarding a missing item we paid for and instead of them addressing the issue and working something out she yelled at us and suddenly hung up. We’ve had many issues with her in the drive thru as well claiming we needed to go all the way back in line in order to receive our coffee we were missing and she always has a rude attitude.

I love this place! Pretty much everyone there is so nice to me and they truly work hard. MORGAN is such a sweetheart! She always makes my day just by having a simple conversation with me about our day. Not only that, the drinks she makes are always spot on consistent and delicious. I do look forward to coming here. Maybe a little too. Grace is super nice too, she makes my day. I appreciate this location.

All of the girls who work here are always soo nice and ao fast! One particular young lady named Grace is always sooo friendly, happy, and just very pleasant! She can make your day if you are having a bad day. This is definitely my favorite dunkin, and I go to several!! All of the girls work very well under pressure as well! They definitely deserve credit for the service they give!!!

“Staffing shortage” or not you can only lean on that as an excuse for so long before it just becomes a matter of running your business very poorly. Between the constant lobby being opened and closed without ever knowing or them caring to take a moment to put a sign up (happening for months) In addition to the very unprofessional mumbling in the drive thru speaker and lack of care at the window by the female owner… I just have chosen to not patron any further. This is an issue MANY folks in town have expressed with this location on other community pages. Go down to the location closer to I-80 and /or the Starbucks opening soon
